En el cas del NIE l'alta de l'idCAT Mòbil s'ha de fer per video-identificació/selfie, ho teniu explicat a: Com em puc donar d’alta a l’idCAT Mòbil?
Podeu contactar amb el Centre d’Atenció a l’Usuari (CAU) si continua sense poder donar-se d'alta amb el NIE.
