I tried to use "register with your selfie" https://consorciaoc.typeform.com/english?typeform-source=yellowie.com but no avail. I tried more devices and several browsers. When the passport should be scanned, the camera is not used, not on a Windows laptop, and also not on an Android mobile phone. Also, several times the language is switched back to Catalan (from engliaah9, eg when showing the usage guidelines.
