I would like to ask you to have multiple language options for foreigners,when you send important and/or legal messages to them.
I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and I just moved to Catalonia. Hence my problem understanding Catalán. I'd appreciate that you please, ask people their preferred language before sending letters or emails in the future. Thank you in advance.
